Deputy Chief Schreiber is sworn in as a Coatesville Firefighter
By KVFD
September 12, 2017
We were proud tonight to be in attendance at a Coatesville City Council meeting, as our Deputy Chief, Josh Schrieber, a long time KVFD volunteer firefighter, was sworn in as a full-time firefighter for the City. Josh started as a junior firefighter at the Parkesburg Fire Co. and has served as a paid career firefighter and/or EMT with many County fire/EMS services over the years including the City.
He also has risen through the ranks of KVFD over the last few years and is known to be an aggressive and well-trained firefighter. He's one of the firefighters you want to see get off the "first in" apparatus to your fire!
In his "spare time", Josh also serves our country as a Sgt., Calvary Scout, with the 2nd Squadron, 104th Cavalry Regiment based out of Reading.
Congratulations to our Deputy Chief Schreiber!
