On Saturday morning at 11:03 AM, KVFD was dispatched to a two-vehicle crash on Lincoln Highway at Moscow Road, in West Sadsbury Township. Initial reports were that one vehicle came to rest after impact in a cornfield.
Lt. Josh Jones arrived in Rescue 8 and assumed command. An additional ambulance and paramedic were requested. Firefighters contained hazards and assisted EMS, while fire police directed traffic.
Three patients were transported to area hospitals.
