On January 17th, 2025, at 23:14 Keystone Valley Fire Department along with Cochranville Fire Company were dispatched to assist the Christiana Fire Company (Lancaster County) with a working house fire on the unit block of Williams Run Rd in Sadsbury Township- Lancaster County.

Engine, Tanker, Ladder, Ambulance from the Keystone Valley Fire Department made the response with numerous personnel. Cochranville Fire Company made the response as well with an Engine and Tanker. Responding units were advised of a working fire with the first arriving units reporting fire showing from the "Charlie" side of the house.

Christiana Fire Company units arrived and began suppression efforts and as additional units arrived, they were given their assignments by the commander. Keystone Valley Fire Department personnel assisted with suppression, ventilation, salvage, overhaul while on the scene. Ambulance 8 assisted with Rehab efforts and stood-by while the fire personnel operated on the scene. Tanker 8 was released from the scene and requested to do a standby along with the Union Fire Company of Oxford at Christiana Fire Company.

All Keystone Valley Fire Department units were clear of the scene at 1:57.
