Volunteers from Westwood, KVFD & Christiana Lancaster County traveled to South Brandywine Middle School for weekly training Monday evening.

This was a unique opportunity for us to train inside of a large building with many challenges and also to practice deployment of hose lines.

The focus on this week's training was hose line scenarios that focused on longer deployments down longer halls and areas that take time to reach due to proximity and some truck company operations on commercial roofs led by Deputy Chief Scott.

We also wanted to take a moment to Thank the Westwood Fire Company and Deputy Chief Randy Scott for inviting us to use the facility. We truly appreciate Deputy Scott organizing the use of SBMS.
