Congrats to Junior Member Corey Garver for Completing his Emergency Medical Technician

KVFD would like to congratulate Junior Firefighter Corey Garver on the completion of his Emergency Medical Technician. Cory completed his EMT while attending the Octorara Homeland Security & Protective Services Academy (OHSPSA) and while completing high school.
Corey is a junior at Octorara High School and is Junior Firefighter at KVFD.
Corey will be going on to challenge and complete his National Registry EMT-B and Pennsylvania Department of Health EMT-B.
Congrats to Corey Garver and keep moving forward in your endeavors in the Emergency Services.
This is a great example of the program offered in the High School for young adults to complete Police, Fire & EMS courses and certifications while attending high school.
