KVFD was able to attend the changing of the guards at Parkesburg Borough Police Department. The end of an era for Chief Brian Sheller has led to the beginning of an era for Police Chief Ryan Murtagh.

Along with Borough Representatives, Family & Friends and many Chester County Law Enforcement partners and peers, Chief Murtagh was sworn-in last night by Mayor John Hagen at the Parkesburg Borough Meeting.

KVFD personnel attended and were happy to participate in the new era for the Parkesburg Borough Police Department. We wish Chief Murtagh the best and look forward to working with the Chief and his department moving forward.
