Thank you to all those in the State Office as well as Representative Dan Williams for helping the Fire and EMS services throughout the 74th District with funding for this year!

These funds will go directly towards providing our Department with new and or upgraded life saving equipment to help better serve our communities and region mutual-aid partners.

Being in Western Chester County, KVFD which is one of consolidated Fire Departments in Chester County comprised of West Sadsbury Township, Parkesburg Borough & Highland Township knows that this industry will get harder and harder to maintain and support. In order to do so we pride ourselves and thank our share and stakeholders for what we can get provided to us, and thank those who are fighting for our services to be ready 24/7, 365 days a year.

I’m pleased to announce that every fire company in the 74th district received grant awards for the 2024-25 cycle of the Fire Company & EMS Grant Program totaling almost $300,000. This funding will supply critical support for our fire companies to ensure they can continue providing life saving care to residents throughout the 74th, and beyond.
